INTERNALEFFICIENCY OF EDUCATION ANALYSIS LOOKED IT FROM INPUT QUANTITY OUTPUT OFSMP/MTs AND SMA/SMK/MA AT SELUMA DISTRICT

ABSTRACT

Ingeneraltheobjective of this research was describe deducation al internal efficiency at  the level  of   SMP/MTs  and  SMA/SMK/MA (Junior  High  School/Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Senior High School/Vocational School/MadrasahAliyah) at Seluma district. The specific objective this research was to knowa) time rateneeded by students  to  get  through  their study)  the  internal  efficiency  of  the  educational conducting look edat frome school) the internal efficiency of the educational conducting  looked  at  from  each  school  level.  d)  the internal  efficiency  of  the educational conducting looked at  frome achsub-district) dominant factors which cause  education alinefficiency) description of education al in efficiency projection for next 5 years). Themethodappliedin this  research  were  analytical  descriptive and  evaluative  descriptif  method,  and applying projection approac has well. There are three data collecting techniques used in the research namely documentation, observation, and questionnaires. Theresult of this research showed that educational conducting in Seluma district  has  notbeen efficientyet for 5 years. There were somein efficient At SMP/MTs level 6% is inefficient or 94% ofefficiency and at the level of SMA/SMK/MA10% is inefficient and level of efficiency is 90%.
