This research aims at investigate the influence of psychological factors, social factors, physical factors, and financial factors of The Protocol Division at Bureau General Local Government Bengkulu Province.
This study is descriptive quantitative with correlation study design. The sample in this study are all employees of The Protocol Part Bureau General Local Government Bengkulu Province of 36 people. Quantitative analysis techniques utilized SPSS program with multiple linear regression analysis.
Result indicared a low category of psychological factors, social, of physical and financial categories job satisfaction a categories. The results showed that the variables of psychological factors, social, physical and financial significantly influence employee satisfaction of The Protocol Division Bureau General Local Government Bengkulu Province. Conditions based on the Protocol Division Bureau General Local Government Bengkulu Province should improve the psychological factors, social, physical and financial in order to increase employee job satisfaction.
