This study aims to determine job satisfaction of employees of Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Bengkulu Panorama seen from the work is mentally challenging, the rewards are decent, supportive working conditions, co-workers who support, personality and suitability to the job.
This research is descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Bengkulu Panorama numbering 34 people use the census method. Descriptive analysis done to see the picture of the job satisfaction of employees of Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Panorama Bengkulu. Then the interview data were analyzed using data analysis are: data reduction, data display, and conclusion Data drawing/verification.
The results showed the level of job satisfaction of employees of Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Bengkulu Panorama mentally reviewed the work is good, in terms of rewards are well worth category, in terms of working conditions that support good and colleagues reviewed the condition of that support has been good as well as reviewed personality fit with the job is good.
Leaders can provide a correction to the work done when there is not yet fit and leadership can provide the freedom to do the job without any intervention, the leadership can maintain and increase again wage in accordance with the employee’s job. Leaders can maintain safe working conditions are so employees do not get interruptions from outside parties in completing the work. Leaders should seek a new location is not located close to the market so as to reduce the noise level, so employees can focus and work well. Employees should be friendly because of the work they do relate directly to the public in providing superior service and to continue to be providing feedback on each of the jobs the employee.
