The objective of this study is to examine the effect of motivation, compensation and oversight led to employee discipline Office Employees Working On Discipline Office Department Of Transportation, Communication, And Information Bengkulu Province.
This study is a description method causal effect. Population all employees of the Office Employees Working On Discipline Office Department Of Transportation, Communication, And Information Bengkulu Province 143 people. Samples taken 50%, Sample 74 people with technique cluster random sampling. From questionnaires distributed, just 55 returned. Quantitative analysis with technique Multiple Linear Regression.
The results showed that there was the influence of variables Motivation, Compensation and Monitoring Discipline Leader for the Office of officers Relations, Communications, and Information Bengkulu basis partial or simultaneous.
