This study is aimed to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, job satisfaction on work motivation of employee at departement of animal husbandry and animal healthy Bengkulu Province.
This study is descriptive design with causal effect. All employees population in the study are 110 staffs. Sample obtained were 55 people. Data was analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study shows that compensation, work environment, and work satisfaction have influence on work motivation of employee both partially and simultancously.
Suggestions of this research are, Leaders can make the distribution of decree of incentives. Chief of Departement should not conduct the mutation in the office arbitrarily, not too soon to mutation, and who do not have a music room can be equipped music facilities. Leaders provide opportunities for employees directly involved in decision make and understand the purpose of the work performed.
