ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN BAPELKES PROVINCE OF BENGKULU

ABSTRACT

This study aims to find out a picture of education and training programme done by Bapelkes Bengkulu province, when receiving participant readiness, personnel organizer readiness, lecturer preparedness as the Master of Trainner and responsible class and facilitator, the availability and use of facilities, use of media, utilization of assistive devices, and methods used in the learning process. This research survey method. The study population were 210 trainees in 2010. Samples were taken 50% of the population. Analysis data in this research using descriptive analysis.
Research indicates the perception of respondents to the participant’s readiness is 3.87 (good), the perception of respondents to the Executive Power/Operator training and education of 3.62 (good), respondent perceptions of readiness lecturer as Master of Trainner and Responsible during Class and Education Process Facilitators and Training Lasts is 3.85 (good), respondent’s perception of Availability and Use of Facilities and Infrastructure amounting to 3.58 (good), the perception of respondents to the Use of Media In Education \and Training Implementation is 4.01 (good), the perception of respondents to the Utilization Equipment Auxiliary is 3.67 (good), and perceptions of respondents towards Learning Method is 3.88 (good).
To Bapelkes as providers of education and training institusions should be able to maintain and improve the readiness of employees Bapelkes, readiness of organizer, lecturer preparedness as the Master of Trainner and responsible class and facilitator, the availability and use of facilities, use of media and tools in the implementation and methods learning used in the process of learning and education and training.
