Preliminary investigation by conducting unstructured interviews, with employees of the Community Empowerment Board and the Village Administration Division of Natural Resources and Appropriate Technology, said that the difficulties experienced new officer / junior in the adaptation and improve knowledge and skills in their work is not yet in Arm adequate knowledge, and to a more senior employee reluctance to share knowledge and skills. This study aims to look at Knowledge Creation Pattern Description employees in the field office of Appropriate Technology in Community Empowerment Board and the Village Administration Bengkulu Province.
In writing this using descriptive method is a method to study the status of a group of people, an object, a condition, a system of thought, or a class of events in the present. The population in this study were employees of Natural Resources and the Office of Appropriate Technology for Community Empowerment Board and the Village of Bengkulu province, amounting to 17 people. The entire population of a unit of analysis, so this study uses census method. Then conducted interviews with 2 people informant to support the research results from distributing the questionnaire conducted.
Then the interview data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The results imply that the pattern of creation emulate / learn and practice low, the pattern of creation creations and Produce Documents Studying low, and lower articulating creation pattern and the pattern of internalization creations quite well.
