COMPETENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES AT THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND ASSET MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL DISTRICT CENTRAL BENGKULU

ABSTRACT
Competence always contains the aims and objectives is a boost motive or trait that causes an action to obtain good performance results. This study aimed to describe the task competency achievement (achievement of work), relationships (relationships) and personal attributes (individual properties) employees at the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue District Central Bengkulu terms of Auth.
The design of this study is pcnelitian using quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study accounted for 36 (thirty six) Employee Revenue Service Financial Management and Asset Central Bengkulu District include the head, and then the samples were taken by census method. Descriptive data analysis or description of the results of research so as to provide or clarify the picture of the phenomenon under study.

The results demonstrate competency (task achievement) Achievement of verygood  employee work, competence Relationship (Relationships) verygood, personal attributes and competencies (individual properties) verygood.  To employees who do not have the technical expertise to resolve objections taxpayer, levies and other revenues, should be able to learn to improve its ability to perform a given task.
