PERFORMANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT OFFICE SINGARAN PATI BENGKULU CITY

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to understand and describe, how to increase the performance of officials in the public service at the District Office Singaran  Pati Bengkulu city.
The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative techniques of data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study focused on the performance of employees in the public service which, the global  theori (agus dharma) is the quantity, quality, and punctuality, the study focused on the manufacture of Kartu Tanda Penduduk  end Kartu Keluarga.
The results showed that the improved performance of officials in public service at District Office Singaran Pati, Bengkulu City not achieve optimal results. Various obstacles encountered due to lack of personnel resources that support the creativity and innovation in the performance of duties and responsibilities given. On the other hand is less inequality in the distribution of work, and not yet even given the opportunity to apparatus for improving the quality of personnel resources, through education and training, so that the performance of the apparatus has not been achieved as expected, especially in the public service,tangible aspects of job quality according to residents views of cleanliness, availability of equipment realibility according to residents viewed from the treatment of citizens, district starch singaran pati Bengkulu city,The queuing time responsiveness administrative space based research officer, although not always provide the requested assistance, the officer gave the explanation of the procedure clearly filling a blank, and the sense of security is guaranteed.based on research emphaty seen from patient attitudes officers when providing services KTP and KK officer word that citizens feel well served in terms of punctuality is good, by unfavorable research based discipline that still exist slow in coming is not timely.As for the work program can be realized on time due to a lack of discipline.
