In generalthe objective of this researchwas described educational internalefficiency at the level of SMP/MTs and SMA/SMK/MA (Junior High School/Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Senior High School/Vocational School/Madrasah Aliyah) at Seluma district. The specific objectives of this researchwas to know a) time rate needed by students to get through their study. b) the internal efficiency of the educational conducting looked at from each school.c) the internal efficiency of the educational conducting looked at from each school level. d) the internal efficiency of the educational conducting lookedat fromeach sub-district. e) dominant factorswhich cause educational inefficiency. f) description of educational inefficiency projection for next 5 years (2207/2008 to 2011/2012 Academic Year). The method applied in this research were analytical descriptive and evaluative descriptif method, and applying projection approach as well. There are three data collecting techniques used in the research namely: documentation,observation, and questionnaires. The result of thisresearch showed that educational conducting in Seluma district has not been efficient yet for 5 years. There were some inefficient. At SMP/MTs level 6% is inefficient or 94% of efficiency and at the level of SMA/SMK/MA 10% is inefficient and level of efficiency is 90%.
