ANALISIS KEPERCAYAAN DIRI (SELF EFFICACY) PEGAWAI

SELF EFFICACY EMPLOYEE ANALYSISIN THE PRIVATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL AND PROTOCOL IN GENERAL, PUBLIC, AND PROTOCOL BUREAU GOVERNMENT

ABSTRACT

 This study aimeds to find out and analyze self efficacy in public relations employees and protocols of the Regional Government of Bengkulu Province. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The sample in this study was all Public Relations and Protocol employees of the Bengkulu Provincial Government, amounting to 124 people. The sample in this study was taken by census method. Informants in the study were 3 people consisting of 1 person Head of Public Relations and Protocol, 1 person Head of Public Relations, and Head of Sub Protocol. The technique of determining informants by purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Self efficacy of the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Bengkulu Provincial Government is sufficient. The research findings, based on the research aspects, are as follows: The level of magnitude / level of employees of the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Bengkulu Province is quite high, the strength aspects of the Bengkulu Provincial Government Public Relations and Protocol staff in the category are quite high, and generalization (generality) of the Public Relations Department and Bengkulu Provincial Government Protocol staff in a fairly high category. Suggestions to the Bengkulu Provincial Government Public Relations and Protocol Section can further improve employees’ Self-efficacy aspects to become better and improved, through increasing the ability to solve problems in carrying out tasks and the ability to complete tasks in order to improve employee performance in carrying out their duties and functions .

ABSTRAK

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis self efficacy pada pegawai Humas dan Protokol Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriftip kuantitatif.  Sampel dalam penelitian ini seleuruh pegawai Humas dan Protokol Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu yang berjumlah 124 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan metode sensus. Informan dalam penelitian sebanyak 3 orang yang tediri dari 1 orang Kepala Bagian Humas dan Protokol, 1 orang Kepala Bagian Humas, dan Kepala Bagian Sub Protokol. Teknik penentuan informan dengan metode purposive sampling.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Self efficacy pegawai Bagian Humas dan Protokol Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu katagori cukup. Temuan penelitian, berdasarkan aspek-aspek penelitian, sebagai berikut: Aspek tingkat (magnitude/level) pegawai Bagian Humas dan Protokol Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu cukup tinggi, Aspek kekuatan (strength) pegawai Bagian Humas dan Protokol Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu dalam katagori cukup tinggi, dan Aspek generalisasi (generality) pegawai Bagian Humas dan Protokol Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu dalam katagori cukup tinggi.  Saran kepada Bagian Humas dan Protokol Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu dapat lebih meningkatkan aspek Self efficacy pegawai agar menjadi lebih baik dan meningkat, melalui peningkatan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kemampuan menyelesaikan tugas dalam melaksanakan tugas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya.
